The 5 Levels Of Attracting Clients

Great day!

First week of 2025 is down! We’re on to the 2nd week of January!

I’ve set down just last week penning down what I wanted to share, and wallas!

Here it is.

This topic has been on my mind, and realize it’s an important one because what I realized throughout my career, launching offers.

And those that succeeded and those that failed goes down into how well you can position yourself and create attraction.

I’ve distilled down to 5 levels.

The first one is something not many going to like it….

Me included.

Here goes:

LEVEL 1 – PROMOTIONS.

Sure, maybe 10…20…or even 30 years ago this could work. It helps attract clients/customers.

But as more and more competition comes in, it no longer works as well as it used to.

It’s a race to the bottom.

And going there…

Is going to be a bloody war…!

With bills to pay and what not…

Not very strategic.

Then goes into, LEVEL 2 – Offer Stacking.

This one is by far something i felt really good.

Especially for newer players.

Basically this concept is stacking value instead of price.

So for example:

2 similar businesses offering the same service: Hair Salon.

Hair Salon A offers simple and basic hair cut, hair blow, and hair dry.

Hair Salon B offers the same exact thing except they add on stuff like:

  • Styling tips

  • Head wash massage

  • Spraying your hair with hair root vitamin/strengthening spray to thicken your hair

  • Gives you a complimentary comb or maybe a small bottle of spray or hair vitamin

You see the difference?

Of course one could argue, I shouldn’t give too much away.

A rule of thumb

is give away something that doesn’t take too much of your time, effort or sacrifice. Think how else you can add on stuff that does that.

It could even be a free recorded guide of tips and tricks etc. (Think leverage)

This will help you build momentum in the initial phase and attract more clients.

I remember once I launched a bakery client teaching classes that filled her room, we gave away a full set of bakery kits with a spatula, cake turn table, etc, and rather than selling our usual price of $128, we increased it to $158.

And we still got a massive amount of clients.

(Btw, our additional cost was from China websites back then to buy these for cheap, we earned even more!)

Now, doing this massively helps you increase the VALUE of your product/service.

This is highly recommended, and i still use it till today.

But then what’s next? More and more people know how to create OFFERS.

How can we then create something more attractive?

Then goes the next few levels:

Level 3 – Personal Brand (Your stories, how you learned or earned it, what resonates with people)?

Level 4 – Your USP (What’s unique about your product/service? Sports brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour all are sports brands, but each serves different audiences. – Athletes – Nike, Fashion – Adidas, Gym – Under Armour)

Level 5 – Your business Moat (is there a Patent for your service/product? If you don’t have it, how can you create one?)

Each level gets harder and harder, but that’s what we all should strive for as entrepreneurs and business owners.

To attract more, create more and create a better quality life for yourself. No?

I share all of these in an explainer video below:
